Guarantee only applies to genuine dissatisfaction issues such as receipt of wrong item or legitimate quality issues. Placing the wrong order or changing ones mind after the purchase do not qualify for a full refund.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to items that are returned without a legitimate dissatisfaction issue as described above. In such cases, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipment cost.

For a full refund or partial refund, cases should not be removed from original factory packaging and/or used in any capacity prior to return.
